Jennifer was the best realtor we could have chosen for our corporate move. Our house is a bit out of the ordinary, but she immediately did her own research and helped us through the whole crazy process (our house is partial manufactured home but listed as single family). She was incredibly responsive on the phone and super punctual, especially for Lincolnton being a bit of a haul. From day 1, she was clear with instructions for staging our home and knew exactly how she wanted everything handled. My favorite part of working with Jennifer was that she is not a realtor that just accepts the first offer. She didn't tolerate any craziness from buyers, and was always honest if we should keep waiting or if an offer was consistent with how the market was. I would recommend her to anyone!
